Hi, I'm Andrei, nice to meet you!

My original background is in tech. I then moved into management and built and ran a 350 employees business unit for a multinational company.

I then went on my own, as a leadership coach and organizational consultant.

I wrote two books, Fun & Fearless Leadership and New Leaders: What do you need to know? I'm a frequent speaker at conferences and community events, and a founder of several communities, such as Cut The Knot.

I've trained and consulted hundreds of teams and leaders, in companies ranging from startups to multinationals with hundreds of thousands of employees.

Alongside my profession, I'm an explorer of many passions. I do trail running and wild camping. I'm into movie making and street photography. I'm almost done writing my first novel. My favorite painting is "La Primavera" by Botticelli, and I got to Florence every chance I get.
